Shout It Out Week - Day 3

Hi all! It's Deasy here. Today I want to share my card for Avery Elle featuring Shout It Out. This stamp set is so adorable and super fun to make!

Scalloped Burst Elle-ments to die cut the sentiment and the frames 

The Holiday Collection Paper Pad for the patterned paper

I stamp, color the images using copic then die cut it. To color the background, I'm using dye ink pad with blending tool then splash water with a brush. For the embellishment, I add some clear sequins.
