Classic Sentiments with Caryn

Hi there.  Caryn here today with a card I made for my mum and dad who celebrated 51 years of wedded bliss on the 13th July!  I thought it appropriate that I use a stamp set I designed to celebrate the occasion!

I stated with some soft patterned paper as a backdrop then used the Layered Hydrangea stamp set to create a bouquet of flowers tied with some twine.

I used the Happy anniversary sentiment from the Classic Sentiments stamp set to finish it off.

Layered Hydrangea Week - Day 2

Hello!
Amy here with an occasion card that no one likes to make.....Sympathy.

Using the Layered Hydrangea stamps, the hydrangeas were stamped in some traditional colors.  They were layered over a coordinating ink blended background and a Starburst Oval Elle-ments.  

Layered stamps are some of my favorites to work with.  These are so easy to line up.  I stamped multiples at a time in layers and then die cut.  I had lots of colors to choose from to create my card!

Layered Hydrangea Week - Day 1

Hey there, Caryn here sharing a card I created using the Layered Hydrangea stamp set.  I stamped the flowers in a couple of classic hydrangea colours and kept it simple by layering a white on white background using one of my favourite (sadly retired) background dies. 

I love that the sentiments in this set come with co-ordinating dies - gives so many options .  I stamped the Happy birthday in Versamark then heat embossed it in gold.

To finish I added some sparkly highlights with a glue pen and some crystal glitter.
