Encouraging Greetings Week - Day 2

April 23, 2024

Hi there!

Elena here with a card featuring Encouraging Greetings:

Sometimes all a friend needs is for you to tell them you're thinking of them. I love having this sentiment stamp for times when words are not enough.

I also brought in some florals, from both Thank You Flowers and Best Of The Bunch.

I hope you like it! Thanks for stopping by!

Encouraging Greetings Week - Day 1

April 22, 2024

Hi!  Caryn here with a bright and uplifting card using the Encouraging Greetings stamp set.  I love the sentiments in this set and thought it would pair niceley with the floral elements from the Groovy Vibes set and the Flower Power stencil.

I started with an A2 landscape card base and stencilled two colours to give a deeper effect.  I also used the oval shape from the Focal Point stencil under the Flower Power stencil to mask the area where I planned to add the sentiment.  I used the negative oval to blend some yellow in the space.

Once I stamped the sentiment I decided I wanted to add a little dimension so I stamped and die cut one of the flower shapes and stem from the Good Vibes set.

Hi Everyone! Today I'm sharing Brilliant Birthday! I love how this stamp set can work for so many different recipients.

I decided that this image would be a perfect match with a polaroid shape. I cut out two shades of blue cardstock to match the size of the sentiment, then heat embossed the sentiments.

Next, I found lots of fun stamps to make a custom background patterned paper. Love this look!

I can't wait to see what you create! Thanks for stopping by!

Hello!
Heather here with a new fun card using the just released Brilliant Birthday stamp set.

I love this stamp set so much! As soon as I saw it I knew I wanted to pair it with a custom background image.

I dove into my stash and found a fun set that I used to stamp my lemon background. I had so much fun adding layers of ink.

The sentiment on top was so easy to and perfect to have for everyone in your life! Such a universal set.

Thank you so much for stopping by!

Brilliant Birthday Week - Day 3

April 17, 2024

Hi there!

Elena here, with a card featuring Brilliant Birthday:

My son is turning 17 within a week, so I thought I would use the set to make the card feel more personal to him! I broke up the sentiment and used the pieces that I liked best, stamping Happy Birthday onto a banner die, and then "to my amazing son" inside the cake (from Everyday Cake).

I backed the cake with an Oval Burst die, and it's all set to gift to my (very) amazing son!

I hope you like it! Thanks for stopping by!

Brilliant Birthday Week - Day 2

April 16, 2024

Hello!
Amy here to celebrate birthdays with the Brilliant Birthday set!  It features a main sentiment but has the most amazing supporting scripty words to personalize your card or tag!

For my card, I made my husband's birthday card for this year (early!).  I used Balloon Wishes to stamp the balloons onto colored cardstock and then die cut using the coordinating Balloon Wishes Elle-ments.  I added some white pigment ink splatter to the balloons.  For the base of the card, the main sentiment was stamped and then personalized with 'husband'.  A die cut frame, from Scalloped Burst Elle-ments, done in kraft cardstock was added with foam adhesive.  The balloons were added with foam adhesive atop the tiny balloon strings (I'm sure it's supposed to be streamers ha!).  As a last touch, the solid stars were stamped in blue ink.  I love how simple this turned out.....my guy doesn't like bling or glitter so this is perfect!  ðŸ¤£ðŸ¤£

April 10, 2024

Hi there!

Elena here, with a simple but fun card featuring Barnyard Boogie:

I stamped and colored my 3 favorite critters, and placed them under a happy birthday banner (the banner image is from Everyday Cake, and the sentiment is from Brilliant Birthday)

When the images are so big, you don't need a lot to make the card look full.

I hope you like it! Thanks for stopping by!

Barnyard Boogie Week - Day 2

April 9, 2024

Hi all! It's Deasy here. Today I want to share my card for Avery Elle featuring Barnyard Boogie. This stamp set is so cute and sweet! For my card today, I make a fun birthday card.

Avery Elle supply that I'm using :

Barnyard Boogie Clear Stamps for the images and sentiment

Barnyard Boogie Elle-ments  to die cut the images

I stamp, color the images using copic then die cut it. To color the background, I'm using dye ink pad with blending tool then splash watercolor with a brush. For the embellishment, I add some clear sequins.

Thank you so much for stopping by and happy crafting!

Hugs,

Barnyard Boogie Week - Day 1

Hello there!

It's Yainea here today sharing a party card that showcases Barnyard Boogie stamps and coordinating dies.

The critters in this set just make me giggle, they know how to party for sure! I wanted them to be the main focus on my card so I colored them with alcohol markers and kept the rest simple.

I used Polka Dots stencil for the background and some patterned paper to simulate the grass.

For the sentiment, I combined die cuts with one of the sentiments included in the set. As a final touch, I added some rustic twine.

Thank you so much for stopping by, I hope you feel inspired to start creating some party cards!

Have a nice start of the week!

I'm back with a new project using Spec-Taco-Lur

I had the best time with this set! First I stamped, die cut and colored in all of the images.

Then, I went and created my own custom background stamping the hot sauce and heart in different ink colors.
I love how this turned out and that sentiment is so darn cute!

Spec-TACO-Lur Week - Day 2

April 2, 2024

Hi there!

Elena here, with a card featuring this spectacular taco:

I just think he is so cute! I started out by creating my background: I did a soft brown polka dot using the Polka Dot Stencil. Then, I stamped, cut and colored the taco from Spec-taco-lur and gave him the bottle of hot sauce to cuddle. For fun, I manipulated the sentiment so that it curved around the taco, and grounded him with a strip of woodgrain cardstock.

To make things more festive, I added a few balloons that I stamped directly onto the background, from Brilliant Birthday.

I hope you like it! Thanks for stopping by!

Spec-TACO-Lur Week - Day 1

April 1, 2024

Hi there!  Caryn here with a fun card featuring the Spec-taco-lur stamps and dies.  My hubby is ADDICTED to chilli sauce (particularly Tabasco) so I definitely had him in my mind when I was making this card!

I kept it clean and simple by adding a strip of Midnight Stripes Washi tape to the bottom part of an A2 card.  I used the dropping border die from the Halloween Borders die set (retired)

I wanted it to look like the taco guy was pouring hot sauce everywhere so I added the stamped images and then drew a wee drip of sauce by hand and added the sentiment.

Balloon Wishes Week - Day 5

March 29, 2024

Hi Everyone! Today I'm sharing Balloon Wishes! With graduation season coming up in a few months I thought it would be fun to create a congratulations card.

For my card, I picked the school colors of a graduating high school senor I can't wait to celebrate. I die cut the balloons, stamped and die cut the strings and sentiment, then stamped the graduation year on the star balloon. I finished the card with a few small star stamps.

This set would be perfect and easily customized to any special graduate in your life!

I can't wait to see what you create!

Balloon Wishes Week - Day 3

March 27, 2024

Hi there!

Elena here, with a card featuring Balloon Wishes:

This card was so fun to make! I love that the die set comes with optional shapes to cut out the balloon centers, so that they can be turned into shakers! Of course I did make them into shakers!

I picked balloon colors that matched sequins I had in my stash, and placed them on my base. I then used the trio of stars image to add some interest to the background, using a very subtle brown ink color.

I stamped the sentiment (from Brilliant Birthday), and trimmed it before adding it to the card.

I hope you like it! Thanks for stopping by!

Balloon Wishes Week - Day 2

March 26, 2024

Hello!
Amy here sharing some fun using Balloon Wishes.

I started by creating black and white horizontal stripes to the left side using 1/4" black strips of cardstock.  Use those scraps!  My card base is a bit smaller than the usual A2 card size due to the stripes.

The balloon panel was done by die cutting the balloons and ink blended them with ink that was just a bit darker than the cardstock using the Polka Dots Stencil.  The balloon strings were stamped in black ink and little tassels were added.  Over this panel, gold watercolor was splattered.  This panel was added to the striped notecard with foam adhesive.  A few gold rhinestones were added to tie in with the splatter.  Finished this with stamped black stars and the layered 'congrats' sentiment.
