Spread Magic Week - Day 5

March 31, 2023

Hi everyone! Heather here. Today I have two fun cards I pulled together using the new Spread Magic

I created a fun background by simply masking with two pieces of acetate - this way I could see the overlap.

I love how you can change the colors and I even added shimmer, gel pen and stamped accents behind my unicorn!

Thanks for stopping by!
XO,
Heather

Hi Everyone! Today I'm sharing Spread Magic!

This is such a perfect stamp set for so many different occasions. I was inspired to make a baby card so I created a custom sentiment using Everyday Alpha Dies and Guess What. I also added a few stamped clouds from Peek a Boo Flight.

I can't wait to see what you create!

Spread Magic Week - Day 4

Hey there!  Caryn here sharing a card I made for my sister-in-laws upcoming big milestone birthday!  The colours and vibe os this whole card just match her personality to a tee and the new Everyday Alphas dies were perfect for the numbers!

The cute unicorn is from the Spread Magic stamp set and the papers are from the retired Everyday Paper Collection.  I created the border using the frame from Witches Brew Elle-ments.

Hi Avery Elle fans!
Amy here today with to spread a bit of "magic" with you!

I have a clean and simple card using the mini set, Spread Magic.  I started by masking off and ink blending a yellow circle shadow where the unicorn would be highlighted.  Using some 1/4" strips of cardstock in pastel colors, these were layered below the yellow shadow.  The unicorn was simply colored with coordinating Copic markers and a bit of N1 marker for some shadows.  This mini set has SIX sentiments to choose from.  Be Extraordinary just made sense with these colors!  To embellish, the mini stars from the set were stamped in black in and tiny black dots were added with a fine tip Sharpie.

Hi there!

Everyday Alphas Week - Day 1

March 20, 2023

Hello!  It's Caryn here and yesterday was Mother's Day here in the UK.  The Everyday Alphas dies were exactly what I need to create this pretty card for my lovely mum.  I added an image from the gorgeous Best of The Bunch stamp set too.

I started by die cutting all my letters from white cardstock three times (just once for the word DAY).  I stacked them then for HAPPY I went over the top with a gold leafing pen and the same for the DAY.  I cut the letters for MOTHER'S from pink cardstock and glued them to the top of the stack.

I used the oval die cut from the Oval Burst die set and layered all my letters and image on top,

Best Day Week - Day 4

March 17, 2023

Hi Everyone! Today I'm sharing Best Day! I LOVE the group of animals in the set! They are ready to party!

I stamped, die cut and colored each of the animals in this set. I used the same shades of yellow, green, blue and pink throughout their outfits to tie them all together. Next, I adhered them all of the Oval Scene. Next, I built the background with tiny stamps from Best Day. Finally, I picked a sentiment from Guess What and heat embossed it on a banner die.

Thanks for stopping by!

Best Day Week - Day 3

March 15, 2023

Hi there, Caryn here with a fun birthday card using the Best Day stamps and dies. I used the Birthday Frame die and used the thin scallop frame on the front of the card.  Toe create a pop of colour I flipped the die over on my card front and blended ink in the opening so that it gave a scalloped inked area inside the frame die cut.

I then stamped, coloured and die cut the images from the Best Day set and placed them on the front for a sweet birthday card.

Best Day Week - Day 2

March 14, 2023

Hello!
Amy here today with a birthday card and a fun "fold" technique for your card too!

There are four adorable critters in the Best Day set so I had to color them all up and use them for my card!  Each one was Copic colored and die cut using the coordinating dies.  I set these aside to begin on the background of my card.

I started with a piece of white cardstock measuring 4 1/4" X 11" and then scored it at 2 3/4" from each end.  Such a fun twist on the traditional A2 card!  For the blue panel, I die cut a stitched border using Easy Layers 1 Elle-ments and cut it in half.  This makes the perfect backdrop for the birthday critters!  The "It's Party Time" stamp from, Guess What?, was stamped at the bottom of each side to "ground" the critters.  Each critter was added with foam adhesive and to keep the card closed, the flag "pole" is tucked in behind the zebras face.  Tiny stars were stamped randomly across the scene and to finish, another sentiment from Best Day was stamped on the inside of the card.

Ahoy, Matey Week - Day 4

March 10, 2023

Hi Everyone! I LOVE the set I will be sharing today! So many fun characters in this set with such an amazing theme!

I enjoyed mixing a few of the stamps found in Ahoy Matey to make this card. The walrus and balloon are my favorite! I made a vertical scene for the stamped images with colored cardstock and Distress Oxide. Finally, I added a sentiment from the set. Its fun to switch up the sentiment placement! Plus, there are so many great sentiments to choose from.

I can't wait to see what you create!

Ahoy, Matey Week - Day 3

March 8, 2023

Hello!

It's Yainea here today featuring a super fun stamp set: Ahoy, Matey and its coordinating dies. All the images in this set make me giggle, they're great to celebrrrrate! ;)

For my card, I started covering a white base card with stripes of washi tape. Then I cut a stripe of kraft colored cardstock, cut a circle out of it and stamped several of the "treasure trails" included in the set. I colored and die cut the cute images (that adorable octopus is my fave!!). For the sentiment, I heat embossed it using white embossing powder over a black banner to make it pop.

Finally, I put everything together with some foam adhesive here and there to add more dimension. And it's done, now it's time to parrty! hehe

Thank you so much for stopping by! Have an amazing day full of inspiration :)
