Little Horse Week - Day 2

February 28, 2023

Hello!
Amy here with a little hello and happy birthday!

Little Horse pairs perfectly with the Howdy stamp set but I wanted to use this mini set entirely on it's own (except for a sentiment).

I started with the Pierced Birthday Frame Elle-ments.  The inside of the frame (the card base) was masked off.  The sky and grass were ink blended with Distress Inks.  The frame was added over the blended background.  Tiny grass "tuffs" were done by adding flicks of Copic G24.  The frame was added using foam adhesive.  By using the frame, the scene "area" was smaller but perfect for just the images from this set!

A sentiment banner from Howdy was added with foam adhesive and a supporting sentiment, from Little Horse, was stamped below.

Howdy With Ashley

February 27, 2023

Hi Everyone! SO excited to share this week's card using the stamp and die set Howdy!

I LOVE the theme of the Howdy stamp set! I had such a fun time making my farm. If I owed a farm, I would totally have a pink barn and a blue tractor! :)

I stamped, die cut and colored several stamps from the set. The sentiment was heat embossed on a speech bubble die cut I had laying around. Many Avery Elle sets have speech bubbles and they are fun to mix and match with the new sets. Next, I used Distress Oxides to create a background and layered the images around a die cut circle window. Finally, I added a few hills die cut with Oval Scene.

I can't wait to see what you create!

Howdy / Little Horse Week

February 23, 2023

Hay there!!! Caryn here sharing a card using the Little Horse stamp set.  I've paired it with images from the Howdy stamp set - perfect combo!

I've used some patterned papers to create my background and the frame using Pierced Birthday Elle-ments frame die.
I stamped all my images and coloured them with Copics before sending them through the die cutter.
I assembled everything on the card front and finished it off with the Hay! sentiment using the Everyday Alphas dies.

Howdy Week

February 22, 2023

Hi all! It's Deasy here. Today I want to share my card for Avery Elle featuring Howdy. This stamp set is so adorable and fun! I have so much fun play with it!

Avery Elle supply that I'm using :

Howdy Stamp Set for the images and sentiment

Howdy Elle-ments to die cut the images

I stamp, color the images using copic then die cut it. The sentiment is from white embossing powder. To color the background, I'm using dye ink pad with blending tool then splash watercolor with a brush. For the embellishment, I add some clear sequins.

Thank you so much for stopping by and happy crafting!

Hugs,

Melania Deasy

Howdy Week

Howdy!
Amy here with a fun, farm themed birthday card!

This will be perfect for a work or family birthday.  All the images are from the Howdy stamp set.  After Copic coloring the images, they were die cut using the coordinating Howdy Elle-ments.

The farm images were adhered (some with foam adhesive) to an ink blended panel that was die cut using the Easy Layers 1 Elle-ments for that stitched border.  Each of the sentiments were stamped onto a die cut banner also from Easy Layers 1 Elle-ments.  The die cut clouds were added from a retired die set.

Little Horse Week - Day 1

February 20, 2023

Hi there!

Elena here, with 2 cards featuring the set, Little Horse:

I grabbed some images from the coordinating set, Howdy, to create this card. The barn, trees and tractor help create the scene, and provide depth for the foreground images.

I added the duck riding on the horsie's back for a bit of fun. The "hay there" sentiment speech bubble completes the card!

My next card was shared on instagram already, but I love it so much I wanted to share it here as well:

I created a little scene where the bird is handing the horse a little treat! The new Everyday Alphas spell out Howdy. I just love the size and font of them so much, they are going to be used a lot in the future!

Thanks for stopping by!

Hippo Hooray Week - Day 5

February 17, 2023

Hi Everyone! Ashley here today sharing Hippo Hooray!

The hippo stamp in this set steals the show! He is so cute! I layered the stamped, die cut and colored hippo image on a die cut circle pond (Oval Scene). The stamp and die set includes a smaller pond that I used to make a small island. I added a few stamped grass images to the island to bring the whole scene together. Finally I broke up the sentiment up between a heat embossed flag and the new Everyday Alphas Dies.

I can't wait to see what you create!

I love how fun and cheery this hippo is! I mean could they exude any more happiness?

To create my card, I stamped, die cut and colored in all of the images. I used some dies to create the background and added it all on top of fun patterned paper.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Hippo Hooray Week - Day 2

February 14, 2023

Hello!  Happy Valentine's Day!
I have a HUGE thank you to share today featuring the Hippo Hooray mini set.

I created the base of the card using the Easy Layers 1 Elle-ments as a basis for my layout.  I love the large stitched banner that is included in this set!  I ink blended a piece of scrap cardstock with just the ink on my blender brushes for this!  The Hippo Hooray images (I used all of them on this card) were Copic colored, die cut, and added to create a mini scene on the inked banner.  To my images, I added monochromatic dots for some texture.  I finished the card off with a banner sentiment and some white gems.

Hippo Hooray Week - Day 1

February 13, 2023

Hi there, Caryn here sharing a card featuring the Hippo Hooray stamp set from the latest release.  I wanted to create a focal point on my card using ink rather than die cuts so used the Oval Burst die to create a stencil and blended some inks onto my card front.  Love how it gives a feel of dimension with no extra layers!

I stamped and coloured my hippo image and adhered with foam tape.  I added some other stamped elements and coloured them in and finished off with the sentiment.
