Loads Of Hugs Week - Day 5

April 29, 2022

This is such a fun stamp and die set! Hugs for everyone, right?

To create this card I started by die cutting the hugs die in blue and white. I added Distress Oxide to the bottom of the blue panel and adhered them together. Next, I stamped a white panel with the plant from Feels Like Home Addition (my favorite!). Next, I stamped the same plant in black ink, then die cut and colored it. Finally, I stamped the "sending handmade" portion of the sentiment, trimmed it out and added all of the pieces of the card together with a few stripes of card stock.

April 28, 2022

Hi, Caryn here today with a clean and simple card using the Loads of Hugs stamps and dies.

I die cut the Hugs from woodgrain paper - love the natural look.

I die cut a panel from the Wonky Stitches set and blended some ink around the edges.  I used the same ink to stamp the sentiment then mounted it all using foam adhesive.

Loads Of Hugs Week - Day 1

April 25, 2022

Hello crafty friends!!
Amy here today with a card full of sunshine and HUGS.  Being from Kansas, sunflowers are a favorite of mine.  Pairing these flowers with the Loads of Hugs die is perfect to send a card full of sunshine and HUGS to a friend out of state.

I pulled out a previously released set called Sunflowers and Copic colored the blooms.  Once die cut, they were arranged onto a landscape folded card that had a Distress Ink blended panel (die cut with the Easy Layers 1 Elle-ments) adhered.  The Loads of Hugs die was done in black cardstock and added with several layers of white cardstock for dimension.  To finish off the card, a few dew drop embellishments were added.

Feels Like Home Week - Day 5

April 22, 2022

Hi Everyone! Today I'm sharing Feels like Home and Feels Like Home Additions. I LOVE these stamp sets! I'm so excited to share this card today. It's my daughter's birthday AND she is an avid reader so this card is for her!

I started the card by stamping, die cutting and coloring the images. There are so many fun detailed stamps to choose from. Next, I cut strips of card stock to create the rainbow burst in the background. Next, I die cut the rug. Instead of stamping the coordinating image, I heat embossed the sentiment inside. This was such a fun card to put together!

Feels Like Home Week - Day 4

April 21, 2022

Hello!

I hope you're doing well! It's Yainea here today showcasing Feels Like Home and Feels Like Home Addition stamps and coordinaing dies. I love reading so the books theme and cozy feelings of these sets have stolen my heart. The animals are so cute and there are lots of little elements to decore different scenes.

I used a lot of those elements in my card and added some of my favorite critters from the sets (well, there was no room for all my favorites haha) I love that folding cat and cute little mouse!

I used pattered paper for the wall background and rug and I colored the rest of the images with alcohol markers. Not a lot of tools or complex techinques are needed to create this card! ;)

I hope you enjoy it, thank you so much for stopping by! Have a great day!

Feels Like Home Week - Day 3

April 20, 2022

Hi there,

Elena here with a few cards featuring Feel Like Home and Feels Like Home Additions. You can definitely use one set without the other, but I designed them to work together:

This card mixes and matches from both sets. I love the little cat peering over the top of the armchair, looking at the mouse. And, of course, to complement the sentiment, I had to add the stacks of books on either side.

I shared the next few cards on instagram, but I thought it would be fun to revisit them here:

This one was created just using Feels Like Home, and I thought I would give a chair-less option. They look adorable just sitting on the carpet, getting all cozy for their reading time! For the background, I just hand-tore a piece of paper and used it as a stencil.

With this card, I wanted to show that it was possible to get 2 armchairs onto 1 card! I had fun designing the books all of the individual critters were reading. What do you think the koala is so surprised about?

My last card features the squirrels. The one on the floor reading his book is my fave! I used the Oval Burst die to frame out the scene.

I hope you like the cards I shared today! Thanks for stopping by!

Feels Like Home Week - Day 2

April 19, 2022

Hi crafty friends!
Amy here with a cozy little scene using the sets Feels Like Home and Feels Like Home Additions.  Using these sets together, can make for endless scenes!!!

We recently made a cozy "reading" corner in our living room.  While our chair is not blue, it is green and very comfy!  The chair, plant stand, and kitty images were all from Feels Like Home.  The rest of the images (plant, light, rabbit) are all from Feels Like Home Additions.  I did create a "beam" of light yellow light by masking off the area and ink blending a light yellow ink.

The Oval Burst Elle-ments is one of my favorites and it was perfect to "frame" my scene.  Once the frame was adhered to the notecard with the beam of light, all my images were added with various layers of foam adhesive.  A white pigment ink details were added to finish the card.

I chose elements from both stamp sets to create my scene and finished it off with a sentiment from the Floating Lanterns stamps set.

I stamp, color the images using copic then die cut it. The sentiment is from white embossing powder. To color the background, I'm using dye ink pad with blending tool then splash watercolor on color card stock. For the embellishment, I add some clear sequins.

Tickled Pink Week - Day 2

Hi there!

Elena here, with a card featuring the hilarious Tickled Pink stamp set:

These girls just wanna have fun for sure! I lightly sponged the base using a minty colored ink, and layered the party flamingos overtop, with their webbed feet in the water. I flanked them with balloons and beach balls. I added some hand-drawn motion lines to make it look like a spring break scene, flying everywhere, haha.

I hope you like it! Thanks for stopping by!

To create this card I started by stamping, die cutting and coloring the bear and two bees from this mini set. Next I die cut the Chance of Sprinkles cloud and trimmed the rain portion off. I repeated this with card stock blended with Distress Oxides. Finally, I arrange all of my die cuts and stamped images, then added the sentiment!

Bee A Keeper Week - Day 2

April 5, 2022

Hello crafty friends!

Amy here today with a sweet card using Bee a Keeper.  One of my favorite sayings to tell my kids is "you're a keeper" so this sentiment is perfect!

Using some standard hexagon dies, Squeezed Lemonade Distress Ink was ink blended onto the right sides of the hexagons.  Black Soot Distress Ink splatters were done across all the hexagons.  The hexagons were added with foam adhesive to a panel die cut using the Easy Layers 1 Elle-ments.  The cute bear and bees were Copic colored and die cut using the coordinating Bee a Keeper Elle-ments.  To finish, the sentiment was stamped onto one of the hexagons!

Bee A Keeper Week - Day 1

April 4, 2022

Hey there! Caryn here with a sweet wee card using the cute as can BEE - Bee a Keeper stamp set.

I created a little tag shaped card using the (very versatile) Easy Layers Tag Dies using all the elements in the set to create a fun little scene.

I started by creating the card base using the large tag die from the Easy Layers Tag die set. It's fun to use dies like this to create cards as well as tags and this set is so great with all the additional elements included.  I took a top folding white card base and placed the die so that it extended over the top of the card fold.  This way when you run it through your die cutting machine, it stays as a folded card.  If you want to keep the tag "hole" then you would die cut it a second time in full with a single piece of card and adhere it to the front of your card.

I stamped, coloured and die cut my images and used the scallop die from the Easy Layers Tag set and die cut a sheet of patterned paper from the Spring Collection Paper Pack.  It sort of makes me think he's standing in honey!!  I stamped the sentiment onto another element from the Easy Layers Tag and assembled my finished card.  Cute or what?!

Floating Lanterns Week - Day 5

April 1, 2022

Hi Everyone! Ashley here sharing the sweetest stamp set, Floating Lanterns!

To create the background for this card, I layered colored card stock and inked the edges. This would be beautiful with purples and blues too! Next, I stamped, die cut and colored the images from Floating Lanterns. I was fun to try to recreate the glow of these lanterns.

Finally, I added the sentiment and a few embellishments.

Thanks for stopping by!
