Let's Celebrate With Ashley

Hi  Everyone! I'm so excited to share my card with you today! 

I started this card with the idea to make a chalkboard using the Ice Cream Celebrations stamp set. Next, I framed it out with the Scalloped Burst Die. Then I layered a few strips of colored cardstock inside the frame to add more color. Finally, I finished it off with the adorable Shout it Out stamp and die set!
