Hello!
Amy K. here with a card that will take you back to old vintage holiday
cards. I love old cards and I have some from my grandmas era that I
kept when we were going through her things.
Using Frosty Friends, I colored Mr.Snowman in using N1, N3, N5, N7 and a gold Wink of Stella pen. I also colored the North Pole sign using R27 and BG0000 and B00. The chunky "snow" you see is Stampendous Chunky White Deep Impression Embossing Enamel. I love to break this out for wintery cards! TIP: Just remember to emboss it on the BACKSIDE of your paper!
For my background, I've simply swiped my Versamark ink pad over a piece of cardstock and added Princess Gold Embossing Powder from Ranger and embossed. I diecut this panel with the scalloped rectangle die from Sweet Scallops Elle-ments. You may notice that this panel is "smaller" than the die. I simply die cut it several times making it the size I want! I added a snow drift hill using the Picket Fence Elle-ments. To finish, I stamped and embossed the sentiment and star with the same Princess Gold embossing powder and added Mr. Snowman with foam adhesive.
