Merry Flowers Week - Day 3

Hello lovelies,

Katie here today with you to share a bit of inspiration with the Merry Flowers stamp set and coordinating die.

The large floral image featured in this stamp set is absolutely stunning.  I stamped the flowers twice onto white card stock and colored the images with Copic markers.  Instead of coloring the centers of the flowers with markers, I added drops of glue with a glue pen and sprinkled the centers with gold glitter.

I stamped the sentiment onto a strip of white card stock, mounted it with gold card stock and adhered it at an angle onto a black note card.  I adhered the two floral clusters on either side of the sentiment.  I love the contrast between the florals and the black card stock and the touches of gold lends a festive feel!
