Heather is with us today and created this stunning card using our Papel Picado Banners clear stamp set. I love the happy and festive feel of this card. She masked off some of the images to create a single layer card that has depth. Brilliant!!

This is a gorgeous card! Love how she masked off some of the banners so that they look like one row is behind the other! The colors are awesome too! TFS!
