Hi there, Caryn here sharing a cute, pastel Christmas card using the gorgeous Block Layered Sentiments stamps and dies. It's giving candyland vibes to me! I love the wee gingerbread folk from the More Gingerbread Kisses set - so cute!
Hello!
It's Yainea here today featuring Creepy Cameos stamps and coordinating dies. This set is just so cool for Halloween! I love that you can go with some different ideas and even different styles with it. I went with a gothic pastel card (is that a name? haha)
My inspiration were those gothic cameos with black background and esqueletons, so I heat embossed everything using white embossing powder over a black cardstock.
For the background I used a muted patterned paper on white and cream that matches the classy style but I distressed the edges to give it more of a gothic or spooky look.
I added some pearls as a necklace and a tiny bouquet of dried flowers on her hair.
I mounted everything on a lavender card base and added a piece of the new black washi.
I hope you like it! Thank you so much for stopping by, have a nice day!
Supply list
The new Creepy Cameos are fun icons of this spooky season. I started by creating the background using white pigment ink blended over the new Gothic Stencil onto black cardstock. This panel was die cut using the Pierced Rounded Frames Elle-ments. The frame, witch, and bats from Creepy Cameos were stamped in black ink onto white cardstock. Left over ink from my green blender brush was added over the top of the frame, witch, and bats. A sentiment was white heat embossed onto black cardstock and added with foam adhesive. Once the card was assembled, it was spritzed with Shimmer Spray.....the perfect grunge look!
Today I have a couple of projects I created using the Creepy Cameos stamps and dies. I've been DYING to create with this set!
First is a creepy Halloween card - it totally gives me Haunted Mansion vibes - especially with the Gothic stencilled background.
To create the background I first blended some Wilted Violet Distress Oxide ink onto a piece of white card then shifted it down and stencilled again with Shaded Lilac. I love the effect it gives, like old worn Victorian wallpaper. I die cut this piece with the largest of the Pierced Rounded Frames dies, brushed the edge with the same ink and adhered it to a card front with foam tape.
Hi Everyone! Ashley here sharing Have a Ball stamp and die sets!
I had such a good time stamping and coloring the main image from Have a Ball. The die set comes with an optional window piece that I used to add more depth to my project. This could also be used to make it a shaker card! Next, I layered in the cluster of gumballs and single gum ball with the larger image. Finally, I used the Diagonal Stripes stencil to create the background. So fun and easy!
Supplies:
Hi all! It's Deasy here. Today I want to share my card for Avery Elle featuring Have A Ball. This stamp set is so fun, unique and super cute for your happiest day!
Avery Elle supply that I'm using :
Have A Ball Clear Stamps for the images and sentimentPierced Rounded Frames Elle-ments to die cut the frame and circle for the sentiment
Lemon Grass Stripes Washi Tape for the washi tape
I stamp, color the images using copic then die cut it. The sentiment is from silver embossing powder. To color the background, I'm using dye ink pad with blending tool then splash watercolor with a brush.
The newest addition to the Avery Elle lineup with this release is Have a Ball. Gumball machines are very nostalgic to me, bringing me back to my childhood! Whenever we were out to eat dinner, my dad would give my brother and I a quarter to go spend at the machines......I always came back with a gumball in my mouth!
I reverted to an old technique......Paper Piecing. I stamped the gumball machine onto grey and red cardstock and trimmed out. These pieces were adhered to another gumball machine stamped in white. The coordinating die set has a die to cut the inside of the gumball machine out! Make this a shaker or not.....I chose to use that area to pop my gumballs up with foam adhesive. My gumball machine was adhered to a panel of pattern paper from the Spring Collection Paper Pad along with a 1/4" black cardstock strip. Lastly, I added a hand cut tag stamped "You are so sweet!" with some Bakers Twine.
There's a new script sentiment set that is amazing called Script Layered Sentiments! I love the size and there are dies that cut each one out with a larger border! I've paired it with the adorable bear from Beary & Bright. I added a coordinating sentiment strip white heat embossed onto a black strip of cardstock. I created my own wintery scene using the new Random Dots Stencil on both the main card base and a layer that was die cut using the Pierced Rounded Frames Elle-ments. A die cut bow, from Pierced Rounded Frames Elle-ments, was added to finish the card.
Hey there. Caryn here with a fun and bright card perfect for the holidays. I used some of the brand new stencils - LOVE them - and the new Script Layered Sentiments stamp and die set.
