An Exciting Day!

Hello!  Today is an exciting day here at Avery Elle.  I have the pleasure of introducing you to our newest Design Team member, Maska Vanacker .  I have been looking to add someone to the team that enjoys scrapbooking and when I saw Maska's work I knew that she would be a perfect fit for us. "Hello everybody.  My name is Emmanuelle (maska on the web). I'm french woman 30 years old and I live near Paris with my man, Anthony and our two lovely cats; Terreur ( Terror) and Dirty.  I have a little brother named Pablo, that is 19 years younger than me! We have a very special relationship, and that's him who is the most often on my layouts.  I have been scrapbooking for 6 years. I'm kind of a freestyle scrapbooker, I love spot , watercolor, a looot of stamp, and my layouts a little crazy."

 Just check out her layout using our new Oh Happy Day clear photopolymer stamp set.  Amazing right?!?  I adore all of the layers and texture.

 We also have our FABULOUS guest designer, Jen Rzasa with us this month.  I have to say that I was BLOWN AWAY when I saw the preview of this card she made using Oh Happy Day and our Modern Leaves Elle-ments dies.  It doesn't get any better!

I also have a clean and simple note card set using our new Oh Yeah clear photopolymer stamp set.  I remember Heather sending me her ideas for this set.  I instantly had to sit down and illustrate it.  Her idea to create a negative speech bubble that can be used at the bottom of journaling cards, tags, etc. is brilliant.  I stamped that negative speech bubble and sentiment in Versamark ink onto our Aquamarie, Raspberry, Mimosa and Lemon Grass heavy cardstock.  I then embossed the images in white.  Striking, quick and easy.
