Day 2 – Fun with Letters, Tip & Idea Sheets, and Stamp Storage

Hello everyone!   I am so happy that you like what you saw yesterday! Welcome to day two of Avery Elle’s December/January Release week.  Over the next 4 days we will be featuring projects made by our AMAZING design team and two fabulous guest designers.  We have 4 new stamp sets that will be available for purchase in our store, www.averyelle.com, on December 5th.  Don’t forget to check the bottom of this post for our latest giveaway to celebrate the festivities.  If you have just stumbled upon us, you may want to start back at the beginning of our release week here.  Let’s get started.

I am excited to introduce our new 4x6” clear photopolymer stamp set called Fun With Letters that will retail for $15.  Our Fun With Letters stamp set is sure to be a staple in any stamper's collection.  The stamps in this set contain a base that make them easy to line up and make custom words when stamped.  Stamp the letters in the game board provided to create fun messages.  The letter images measure on average: 1/4" x 3/8"; Game Board measures: 2 7/8" x 2 7/8"

I loved how Kasia created tiled letters on her card.  Kasia shows how you can use these fun game pieces to spell out whatever message you wish.  So fun!

Chunyuan created her own sentiment using the letters and grid image included in the set.  I “love” her ombre stamping as well.  Sweet!!  Check out more details on her blog here.

Heather used the alphabet letters to make magnets on grandma’s fridge.  Isn’t this SO CUTE and creative?!  It definitely reminds me of when my girls were toddlers.  Time sure does fly.  For more details and another amazing project be sure to check out her blog here.

I have a clean and simple card to share with you today.  I used the grid image and alphabet stamps to create a “boggle”-like board.  I kept it very simple as I wanted to let the image be the main focus.

We are lucky to have our guest designers, Julie and Amber, back with us today featuring more projects from our Lots of Love set that was revealed yesterday.

I love Julie’s use of happy colors and twine on this next card.  If you have ordered from us it will be no surprise that I *LOVE* twine.  Check out Julie’s blog for more details on how she created this cute card.

Amber created this “adorable” card and I must tell you that I am so smitten with it.  The cascading hearts are the perfect compliment to the sentiment.  Be sure to check out Amber’s blog for more details.

I have some exciting news that some of you have been asking forStarting with this release we will offer Tip & Idea Sheets for all of our stamp sets!  You will be able to view and print them from each stamp's page in the store if you wish.  The four sets released this month will all have them and I will be going through and creating them for our previously released sets as well (they will hopefully be uploaded within the month).   These are tips, thoughts and ideas that I had when I was creating each set.

We have a new product in our store as well.  We now offer Stamp Storage Pockets for those of you that are looking to store your stamp sets in something other than their retail packaging.  This is how I store my sets and this system works very well for me.   Our Stamp Storage Pockets are clear/transparent plastic and are sold in sets of three for $1. Each pocket will fit one standard 4x6" clear stamp set or two 4x3" clear stamp sets.  Store the pockets in a CD/DVD storage basket or clip them up if you wish.  Each pocket measures 5.63" x 7.38" and includes a flap that tucks in to keep your stamps secure in the pocket.  For greater stability, consider taking the stamp set out of the retail packaging and tape it to a 5 1/4" x 7 1/8" sheet of card stock. Our stamp set Tip & Idea Sheets are sized so they may be printed on the back of the 5 1/4 x 7 1/8" card stock sheet. Just slide the stamp set/card stock sheet into the pocket. ** Stamp set and basket not included.

I hope that you have enjoyed the projects that you have seen today.  In honor of our Release Week, we will be giving away a $25 gift certificate to our store.  To be entered to win let us know your thoughts about our Fun With Letters stamp set on this post.
