Today, I've got not one but TWO cards with Hoot Hoot Hooray!
To start my first card, I created a fun blended background and then added a frame using the new Pierced Ray Frame.
I love how this turned out!
Next I started with patterned paper.
I created the perfect scene using the new Oval Scene Ellements Die.
