Hi Everyone! It's such a fun week and I'm happy to be sharing the mini stamp set Oh Snap.
I created lots of layers this week, one of my favorite techniques. With so many fun dies out there the options are endless. Today I used Easy Layers 1 die set. The white mat was cut out using the largest die in the set. I splattered it with pink ink. The small splatters were flicked on and the large splatters were dropped on. I love the two splatter sizes to add to the party look.
I added to the layers by die cutting the banner twice, once in blue and once in kraft. The grass edge was created by using the Slimline Boarders dies. Next, I stamped, die cut and colored the alligator. I heat embossed the sentiments next, one from Critter Circle Tags , the other from Oh Snap Stamps. "Oh Snap" is outlined with Speech Bubbles. The final layer I added were the felt stars. I've been loving felt lately and the texture it adds to cards.
