I often start my cards by stamping, coloring and die cutting the images. This gives me the feel for the stamp set and helps me chose the coordinating background colors. After I finished the stamped images, I cut out a circle background and water colored Distress Oxides. Then I created 3 more panels to layer behind the circle. I added the layers and images together, then stamped the sentiment on a banner and added it to the card. I finished by adding the stars.
