A Bright and Bold Card & Sweet Layout

Amy created this fun card.  I love how she colored the floral stamp from our Mimosas stamp set with bright colors.  They really pop off of the black scalloped frames and the Hello from our Canopy stamp set that she stamped repeatedly.
