Aloe Amigo Week - Day 3

Hi there!

It's Elena here, with a fiesta of a card, featuring the dapper cactus from Aloe Amigo:

I kept the design of this card very simple, since he shines all on his own! I opted to use "eyes" from a different stamp set, added his mustache, and colored the entire thing. I used different tones of green markers to give the cactus a more interesting final look.

Nothing to it, but so much fun! I hope you agree!

Aloe Amigo Week - Day 1

Hello friends!

I hope you enjoyed the weekend! It's Yainea here and I bring you a fun fiesta card featuring Aloe Amigo stamps and coordinating dies to add color to your Monday!

To create this card I started cutting stripes of some party paper and the doing fringes with my scissors all along the stripes, then I glued the stripes on a card base.

I used alcohol markers to color the cactus and I added some glue eyes as a fun touch. I combined one of the Aloe Amigo sentiments with the Yippee sentiment from Litttle Card Big Wishes set. I used foam adhesive to put all pieces together to add some dimension and that's it!

I hope you feel inspired to create today! Thank you so so much for stopping by, have a nice day!

More Inside Greetings Week - Day 3

Hey there, Caryn here with a fun card using the More Inside Greetings stamp set.  There's some really fun sentiments in this set - great for lots of occasions.  I paired one of them  with the big bold Congrats sentiment from the Little Card Big Wishes set for a bit of a snarky card for your nearest and dearest!!

I used the Flower Power stencil and masked off half the card and blended some magenta ink before I added little enamel dots to the flower centres.  I hand drew a dotted line (throwback to when I used to do this to all my cards YEARS ago!!!) to add a border and then stamped the sentiments.

More Inside Greetings Week - Day 1

Hello!
Amy here sharing some birthday wishes using More Inside Greetings.  This set is not just for the "INSIDE" of cards!  These fun sentiments are perfect for the front of cards too!  I don't generally finish the insides of my cards so this set is great for me to use!

I started by white heat embossing the "HOORAY" from Little Card Big Wishes down a panel of white cardstock and then ink blended a pastel rainbow.  Layered this panel with black cardstock and added my black stamped sentiment strip across the middle.  I added some silver glitter die cut stars from Timeless.

Timeless Week - Day 4

Hi there!

Elena here, with a card featuring the hourglass from Timeless:

I opted to use the Timeless die set and cut the pieces out of gold cardstock. I then cut a layer of acetate so that I could turn the hourglass into a shaker and filled it with a mix of blue, white and starry sequins.

I stamped the greeting onto the banner flag (part of the die set) and set it against a sunburst backdrop (Avery Elle, but since retired.) I hope this inspires you to make your own timeless card! What a fun concept for birthdays or a retirement party!

Thanks for stopping by!

Timeless Week - Day 2

Hello!
Amy here today with a VERSATILE and FUN set called Timeless.

The hourglass focal point was die cut from dark grey cardstock and layered together for dimension.  The sand image is stamped first in a light grey ink and second in a darker grey ink at the edges.  To the top and bottom of the sand, a fine line of glitter glue was added.

The hourglass was added to a notecard with foam adhesive to the Oval Burst Frame (retired) and was backed with grey striped paper from Avery Elle (retired).  I added some die cut stars and scattered them and added glitter glue.  Lastly, the banner was stamped with "enjoy your retirement" and the edges blended with grey ink.

Thank you for spending a part of your day here!

Timeless Week - Day 1

Hey there!  Caryn here with a card I made using the Timeless stamp and die set.  This set is great for those that enjoy a bit of an interactive experience with their cards - its a fully functioning turning timer!  (if you want to time something for 3 seconds, lol)!!

I layered the die cuts to create a shaker element and used a brad hidden behind everything to allow it to turn.

I finished off with a few embellishments and a sentiment and it was done!

More Fruit Tags & Greetings Week - Day 4

Hi there!

Elena here with a sweet card featuring Fruit Greetings & Tags:

I stamped, die-cut and colored the peach image, stamping the greeting directly inside the fruit. Then I stamped leaves from both the lemon and the peach images, layering them so that they became a stronger focal point on my card.

To finish off, I added an oval burst frame, backed it in complementary blue patterned papers and added some highlights to the image using a white gel pen.

I hope you like it! Thanks for stopping by!

More Fruit Tags & Greetings Week - Day 3
