Hello! Our friends over at My Sweet Petunia are having a fun MISTI May-nia giveaway this month. I am sure by now most of you have heard of the MISTI. It is a tool that allows you to get great stamped images time and time again. There are a ton of great videos over on their website so be sure to check them out for more on this great tool.
We use the MISTI a lot in the office to make card samples. Here is a card that I made using the MISTI, one of our new mini stamp sets (coming out May 26th), our New Moon Dye Ink and our Burst Die Set. Fun right?!

Cute card... love it! I usually gravitate toward flowers or anything leafy/floral, but all nature type stamps are in my stash. I also love big background stamps to use in combination with other focal stamps.

Though I do love some beautiful flower stamp sets, I think I love critters even more. They are so fun and are sure to put a smile on the receivers face. Everybody loves goofy critters!! :)

My favorite theme.....well, I don't really have one. I love nature stamps (guess that would include just about all living things :-D, critters, flowers, plants, etc). Then sentiments, can one really ever have enough? LOL I think I pretty much favor them all ;)

I have 4 stamp sets right now because I just got into card making and paper crafting again. 3 came as part of a kit and the other is a sentiments set. I hope to get a nice floral stamp set soon. I find I use the background artistic type of stamp frequently. You know, the dots, or chevron, or the splash that you can create into flowers, butterflies, or just add interest.

I love the new MISTI PRECISION STAMPER Stamping Tool, looks like it would be awesome to make multi cards so much faster. I usually do floral cards because mainly make them for my elderly relatives and my friends always have to butterflies on them (thIs also is is my trademark on all my cards and mini albums that make for my friends. I sure hope that I could win one of these.

I think critters are my favourite type of stamp - I love using them for both cards and scrapbooking! Butterflies and flowers come in second and third place for me, and if I can combine them with critter stamps to make a cute scene then so much the better :D

It's got to be flowers. Flowers for birthdays, for sympathy, to make you feel happy or just to be creative . I so want a misti. I don't think they are in NZ yet.
